Having only recently discovered the Stones' music, I can't speak to previous releases. However, this one sounds absolutely fantastic. The pressing is pristine and flat, with excellent sound quality. It's a tad bright, but I'm currently breaking in a new stylus, so that might be affecting the sound. The review below offers more detailed insights about this release than I can.
I had a great time with this album, it's definitely a classic band.
Among all The Rolling Stones records I have, this is the top-notch mastering and pressing. I've got around 25 or even more Stones LPs, and this one's incredible. It's not my absolute favorite (that'd be Sticky Fingers, Exile, or Let it Bleed), but it's the best sounding one.
My one has a bit of a warping on one end but all good otherwise.
This album is truly great. Every song is a winner. The audio quality is solid. For the best experience, crank up the volume to feel the powerful rhythm.
