Initially missed out on the first three on vinyl, but despite the high cost, I went ahead and bought it. Really happy with the overall pressing quality and sound.
Thrilled that every one of the 12 records arrived in perfect condition, with no scuffs or flat spots, and played back without a single surface noise, click, or pop. Not a fan of the triple gatefolds, but the sound quality of this release is absolutely superb.

The audio quality is fantastic—though the initial recordings on The Beatles Featuring Tony Sheridan - The Early Years still sound even more spectacular; it's likely unbeatable!The vinyl records aren't always perfect. I purchased two copies, and one of them was sadly not up to par from Optimal, with tiny marks and scratches (similar to The Beatles - The Beatles In Mono recently)… you truly have to get lucky again! And if you do strike gold, then “a fantastic time is assured for everyone.”The triple gatefolds are also quite flimsily constructed—it's as if two gatefolds were glued together the wrong way. And triple gatefolds are a hassle anyway; you end up adjusting them endlessly. But hey, this release is really about the sound, and that is fantastic—just not mind-blowing.And that belly band—who thinks of these things? Still, I'm certain the belly band will be super valuable one day… in pristine condition, of course!
