  Delighted to finally have this underappreciated gem in my collection! The audio quality is impressively good for a later Impulse release, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF Memories of Lee Morgan, which suffers from some nasty distortion. Has anyone else encountered this problem? The record itself is in VG+ condition, looks great, and all the other tracks sound fantastic.

  Fantastic release! The audio is superb - spacious, detailed and vibrant. Perfect vinyl quality, the surface is completely silent, nice gatefold packaging. A worthy reissue, just like all the recent ones from Elemental Music.

  Pharoah at his strangest? This is the type of trippy, reflective experience that Don Cherry would've been into. One of my top picks from this PS phase. Great big, crisp sound on this copy.
