The album sounds fantastic. It's been a while since I last listened to it, and it still stands the test of time impressively. Dickinson is an absolute powerhouse, and the band's performance is sharp and well-coordinated. This is a solid release that truly encapsulates the band's vibrant energy.
Stunning gatefold design, the center labels are a nice touch. The audio quality is top-notch. If you're a fan of this album, don't hesitate to grab it! Up the Irons! \m/
Wow, this vinyl record is absolutely amazing. From start to finish ... it's an ideal blend.
This French pressing boasts even more bass and punch than the remarkable Utopia UK first edition. It's a unique sound for those who felt the original master was a tad lacking in depth. You'll spot 'JC Pellé' etched on the deadwax, that's the mark of Jean Claude Pelle, a mastering engineer who was working with Pathe Marconi back then.
Manufactured by GZ Media in Europe for the American market. Identical pressing to the 2024 European re-release. BMG's name is printed on the back of the sleeve and the vinyl labels. Mastered by Chris Bellman, but messed up by the loud GZ Media vinyl pellets. Save your money and hunt down an original pressing instead.
