  extremely squashed en dull. Taken from the 1998 digital masters (CD standard). The vinyl record itself is hushed and flat. The sleeves are scans from the originals and a tad blurry. The EMI reissue from 1999 sounds the finest to me.

  Some of the reviews out there have left me baffled. I'm getting clear, sharp sound packed with bass and the right amount of treble, just like the original vinyl record. Not a single hiss, not a peep, no crackles or pops, and zero distortions, even during the loudest parts or the final two tracks. They might not be identical to the original, but I'm telling you, this is a fantastic and budget-friendly reissue.

  This tape doesn't quite hit the mark. When you stack it up against other xdr cassettes, the audio doesn't really jump out at you, it's more like any average cassette you'd listen to. Not exactly mind-blowing, but at least it's steady. Makes you wonder if it's a bootleg.

  The main tracks on this album have fantastic sound quality. However, the bonus tracks are utterly useless, consisting of basic remixes that alter the drum and piano sounds, omit certain elements, and leave you questioning why they even included them. Thankfully, they're not techno or rap remixes like some entries in this series have been.
