  • Bargiel's Pressing: Worth It

    5 out of 5 stars
    malazjop57January 6, 2026United States🇺🇸

I wholeheartedly endorse Bargiel's assessment. This pressing boasts an incredibly expansive and clearly defined sound. I'd venture to say it's even more intricate than the U.S. Quad pressings. It's definitely worth the $$$ if you're a fan of the album!

  • Noise Overpowers Pleasant Sound

    5 out of 5 stars
    JgiyegovZuahZagralnOctober 31, 2025United States🇺🇸

The sound quality is quite pleasant, but this particular record has more noise than I'd prefer, particularly with the groove rumble during song transitions and beginnings.

  • Ultradisc's Stunning Simon Sound

    5 out of 5 stars
    FuznuxBiqwwojuOctober 27, 2025United Kingdom🇬🇧

I was doubtful about MoFi Ultradisc, and had been wanting to validate my doubts for a year or two. But then one of my all-time favorite albums was released on Ultradisc and I shelled out a couple hundred bucks. And wow, was I wrong. This is hands down the best sounding vinyl record I have (second place goes to an original DMM Tracy Chapman, which showed that digital masters aren't always bad). It's truly mind-blowing in its detail. I might find "A Sunny Day" a bit saccharine these days, but all the other tracks are outstanding. This is the best P Simon album since Graceland.

  • Simon's 70s Shine

    4 out of 5 stars
    NmNegiaSeptember 27, 2025United States🇺🇸

The first side is like a greatest hits collection, with an amazing track following another, wrapping up with "One Man's Ceiling Is Another Man's Floor". "American Tune" and "St. Judy's Comet" really shine on side two. The sound quality is warm and clear, with solid bass and a satisfying punch. I did pick up on some sibilance here and there, most noticeable on "Something So Right". Seems like this is a usual thing with Simon's 70's albums. My copy plays smoothly with the occasional faint surface noise.

  • Fantastic Mix of Favorite Album

    5 out of 5 stars
    nimfaagSeptember 27, 2025United Kingdom🇬🇧

Wow, this is such a fantastic mix and pressing of one of my all-time favorite albums. The details and space are just incredible, even when listening in stereo. It's way better than the quad BOTW.
