Fantastic initial UK release boasting an impressive soundstage and superb instrument clarity all the way through.
This happens to be an earlier edition of this CD, in which, because of a mistake during printing, "Sunday's Slave" and "Sugar Sugar Sugar" are combined as track 8, "New Morning" is listed as track 9, and track 10 features a reprise of "The Mercy Seat".
This is a great Greek version of this fantastic album. It's my top pick from the Bad Seeds' early days.
I haven't given it a wash yet, but the second side is really loud. I reckon the pressing isn't all that good either.
