unfortunately a bit brief but the sound's great, wraps up Dj Premier & Guru's journey aka Gang Starr...takes me back to a different time...Bought it new for β¬17 on Amazon

the european copy i got sounds realy great. good sound quality and bass. a bit of surface noise but all in all, very nice.
This album, just as the title suggests, is truly one of their finest works. Absolutely phenomenal. However, this particular pressing is a complete disaster in terms of appearance, texture, and sound quality. My sealed copy arrived bent out of shape with an abundance of scratches, cracks, and pops that make it nearly impossible to listen to. It's a shame because the countless hours of work that went into this album are wasted on this poor quality pressing... If you're a collector, do yourself a favor and listen to it in .flac format, it deserves better than this pressing can provide. Or perhaps I just got a lemon? By the way, I initially thought my old JVC equipment was to blame, but after switching out this disc for my PF - DSOTM, I felt like my soul was finally returning to my body.
Sounds fantastic, but my sealed copy came with two discs, which was a bummer.
