This reminds me of my Kate Bush - Never For Ever record. The sound here is a tad warmer, Canadian-like, but it's also a bit more subdued. Overall, it's a solid pressing and definitely worth picking up. It still delivers that same crispness, but it's not as in-your-face as the European version of Kate Bush.
Impressively good quality print, don't overlook it! ππΌ The cover's quite flimsy and has more of a fabric feel than paper, and the printed design is somewhat faint.
This is a fantastic pressing of a timeless album, and it even includes all the lyrics on the inner sleeves of the gatefold. I spent a tenner on my copy, which is roughly what a CD would cost, and I'm willing to bet this sounds way better than any regular CD out there.
The audio quality is really nice, and the sleeve made from unprocessed paper has a great texture and appearance!
Out of all Kate's albums, this one's my absolute favorite. The record's simply gorgeous, and the pressing is top-notch. The sleeve's quality is truly impressive as well. I'm more than pleased with this reissue/remaster.
