This reissue sounds absolutely fantastic! My copy is super flat and has next to no surface noise. Quality Records LTD. always pressed top-notch records. I just wish today's vinyl records were made with the same high standards 🙏
Sound quality is really impressive... honestly, didn't expect this for the cost
Absolutely fantastic! I've never been disappointed by UK Tamla pressings, apart from the fact that they're usually quite worn out. But when you find clean copies, they sound amazing. This one's no different!
I'm puzzled as to why this pressing hasn't received more attention. It's absolutely brilliant and remains very reasonably priced.
I initially had a UK pressing of this album that wasn't in great shape, so I decided to upgrade to this Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs version since it's one of my top picks from Stevie. I'm overjoyed with the quality, right from the very first track. The instruments and Stevie's voice have such incredible clarity. There's a wealth of subtle backing instrumentation that was barely noticeable on the original pressing, but now it's brought to the forefront, making an already fantastic set of songs even better. Highly recommend it!
