I've never "enjoyed the silence" quite like this before! It’s as if I’m hearing this music for the very first time, and it sounds as though it was recorded just yesterday. Fresh, lively, packed with detail, dynamic, all good. Great buy.
Just like others have mentioned, this is a fantastic pressing with top-notch mastering. It's incredibly sharp and clear, yet it's got that little bit of mid warmth that stops it from sounding too sterile. I'd note that the mix has a tighter soundstage, but honestly, that's okay because the instrument separation is still outstanding. To sum up, this is, without a doubt, my favorite copy/version of the album so far.
My version sounds awesome, I'd defiantly suggest it, tho u might get a bad one from a new drop
Sound feels dull, Enjoy The Silence misses that kick and vibe I recall from my old cassette tapes. I hardly ever play this. Can't say I'd suggest this SACD/DVD-V version.
One downside is that the label on side b is peeling due to the record having a slight warp, which is to be expected. However, it's not a major issue for me since my platter clamp makes the disc lay perfectly flat. The music is fantastic, featuring a few well-known tracks and three huge hits for the band. Highly recommended - Five stars - thanks for reading.
