Unbelievable that this only has a 4 star rating!!! Considering how vinyl was overlooked in the 90's because of CDs, MP3s, etc. This one truly stands out from that time. It's got a powerful, dynamic sound with a great balance, not too loud. A must-have for any GNR fan!!
When you put this up against the original CD, you've gotta turn the volume up a tad, but the sound quality is fantastic on both. That said, the record's a bit crisper, in my opinion. The dynamics and bass are well-balanced. The music? It's GNR, so you know it's a killer record with awesome covers. Great pressing overall. My setup: Rega Planar 6 - goldring 1042, Rega Aethos Q, acoustics concept 300
10 out of 10 for the sound and production of this album. GN'R has never sounded this good! 7 out of 10 for the songs. It's underrated.
*Mould SID: IFPI 0131**Matrix / Runout: (MADE IN GERMANY BY EDC L) ain't there.
This Album Is Absolutely Amazing, Despite Every Song Being A Cover The Band Nails It And Sounds Phenomenal. The Production Is Top-Notch, Every Instrument And Axl's Voice Oozes Power And Energy. The Original Orange Vinyl Is Gorgeous And Super Vibrant, It Blasts Through The Speakers Like A Chainsaw, In My Opinion This Is The Heaviest GN'R Record On Vinyl.
