Feedback here isn't about the audio. I'm based in the States and bought the Amazon Exclusive autographed copy from the UK. Got the vinyl shipped internationally all busted up, which was kinda expected, and, of course, no signature. Has anyone else had this happen? I double-checked my order details and it does say “signed edition.”
Basement Jaxx at their finest. Such a fun, enduring album that's a joy to listen to.
I've been eagerly awaiting this release, and with all the delays, I was a bit concerned. Fortunately, they're pretty good overall. There's a bit of warping around the edges, but it's not a big deal, probably just from shipping... "Being with you" has some major scuffing noise in the right channel, which is quite irritating, but since it's just one song at the end of the album, it's something I can tolerate... I'd give it a 7/10 - the color and overall presentation are great, and it sounds good with a few issues, but considering this is all we've got for now, it'll do.
I'm absolutely in love with the super-duper extended rendition of “same old show” available here! It's always been my absolute fave song from this amazing album✨
Received this yesterday. This particular pressing is absolutely amazing! I haven't encountered any of the issues some others have mentioned. It's crystal clear, with a powerful bass, rich sound, and ZERO pops, clicks, or skips. This is just another example of how someone having trouble should probably give their record a good brush or, perhaps, check out what they're using to spin their vinyl.
