Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.
Unique packaging, featuring a booklet folded like an accordion. Comes in a plastic case with a secure lock.
Picked up a French press version that's a tad different from the one mentioned here - but hey, the sound quality of that vinyl is absolutely fantastic - what a stunning pressing!
Absolutely adored this album upon its release, and even after 35+ years, it still stands the test of time. The LP doesn't include CD track 13, "Ou Est Le Soleil", which honestly never quite matched the rest of the album's feel. This is the 1989 Specialty pressing, and it delivers a more open and spacious sound compared to the CD I grew up listening to, with enhanced depth in the bass. My copy plays smoothly with just a touch of surface noise at the start of each side.
The audio is gorgeous, peaceful, and crisp. Excellent quality, 5 stars. Strongly suggest it.
Superb pressing, and the insert is really awesome too. Does it usually come with a thick yellow inner sleeve? If that's the case, then this is an awesome release.
