  • Near-Silent Magic with Rich Bass

    5 out of 5 stars
    Akdwoylpefcoqf31 December 2025United States🇺🇸

Achieving near-silence took quite a few cleanings, but once there, it's pure magic. The instrument separation is top-notch and the bass is wonderfully rich.

  • Pink Floyd Perfection

    5 out of 5 stars
    XT324229 December 2025United States🇺🇸

This record is simply fantastic. I haven't come across a Pink Floyd pressing that's let me down yet. There's not a hint of background noise, and the audio is rich and well-balanced.

  • Pink Floyd Vinyl Excellence

    5 out of 5 stars
    WX459529 December 2025United States🇺🇸

This vinyl record is phenomenal. I haven't come across a Pink Floyd release that didn't impress me yet. There's zero background noise, and the audio is rich and well-balanced.

  • Avoid This Vinyl Garbage

    1 out of 5 stars
    besvh26 December 2025United States🇺🇸

This is a dreadful, atrocious piece of junk. The first LP is absolute rubbish. It's warped, filthy (yes, I know it's unopened), has an incredibly high noise level, and the "Learning to Fly" track actually decelerates midway through for about 8 seconds, creating a glaring defect like someone's finger is on the tape during duplication. Every track on disc one sounds muffled and lifeless, with an overpowering bass. Gilmour's guitar is nearly inaudible. I tried it on two different turntables, even played the original LP to ensure I didn't mess up any settings. It's not my system. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS VINYL. TOTAL GARBAGE. As another user put it, a royal letdown. If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would.

  • Flawless Packaging, Disappointing Sound

    3 out of 5 stars
    Rerqesoz16 December 2025United States🇺🇸

The cover's quality is absolutely fantastic. They even threw in a gorgeous poster! No issues with the packaging whatsoever, it's flawless! However, I do see where some reviewers are coming from, it kinda sounds like a basic digital recording. The soundstage and dynamic range are quite limited. The sound details are also very weakly presented. I decided to play The Dark Side of the Moon right after this album. There's just no contest! DSOM sounds way better on 33 rpm! I don't get why they'd press this album on 45 rpm with such a weak sound quality. Plus, my copy has a tiny notch on side D right at the start of the song Sorrow. You can see it and hear it as a bunch of crackles. I'm gonna try and get a replacement for my copy.
