Packaging: 5/10. Flimsy outer cover, containing 2 thick inner sleeves. This definitely should've had a gatefold. Music: 10/10. An absolute masterpiece by Eminem. Pressing: 7/10. Even after cleaning, there's still around 2 skips on the tracks. The dynamics are great with solid bass.
The editing on this so-called "clean" version is downright hilariously awful. It's definitely a must-have for its uniqueness and how it really drives home Eminem's disdain for the hypocrisy of mainstream culture, but apart from that, it's absolutely dreadful.
Great edition of a timeless album, really dig the red hue and the glossy cover art. The red stickers are a nice touch too. Picked this up mainly for the MTV VMAs 2000 live performances. But a heads-up, the live tracks are louder than the rest or at least they are on my copy.
When this version comes out, it might have a Target hype sticker on it, so make sure to check the barcode to ensure it's the marble variant. This mix-up with the hype sticker has been reported by various people online.
This record felt heavy, like it was 200g! The sound was fantastic...but I noticed a few skips on around 3 tracks. 3 awesome tracks, though. All in all, it's a great sounding vinyl, but those skips were pretty annoying. I'm not too fussy, though.
