While it's clear that this isn't Eminem's strongest work, I still find myself enjoying it. The vinyl sounds fantastic, and the tracks are a bit of a mixed bag—some are really great, while others fall a bit flat. I'm particularly fond of 'Castle.' I think this album gets unfairly criticized just for toning things down a bit. It's not right, you know? He was criticized for being angry, then he mellows out, and he gets criticized for that too. Regardless, it's a solid album, and the pressing quality is top-notch.
