I can't conceive of this or any jazz recording sounding superior. Absolutely breathtaking. It's like they're right there in the room with you.
Super quiet vinyl, fantastic clarity, dynamics, and incredible sound quality. Impex always delivers. Apart from the sound, this is a significant record by Thelonious Monk. Highly recommend this Impex release.

I stumbled upon this gem at a yard sale, tucked away in a box. The record was detached from its sleeve, but it's in fantastic playing shape. Snagged it for a buck! What a steal! It's an amazing album, truly one of Monk's finest.
This is an awesome album, and MOV did a solid job with this re-release. The sound is dynamic and the vinyl is quiet. It’s not AAA or on par with AP, Impex, or Speakers Corner reissues, but it’s not far behind, especially considering the price.
