Gosh, this album really packs a punch! Every element is balanced, yet you can clearly hear each one, and it's amazing
This is truly a superb re-release of Reckoning that sounds amazing and, as far as I'm aware, is a repressing. The printed inner sleeve is a great addition too, though it's a shame it's not lined with poly as it left some bits on the record when I took it out. Apart from that, this 2024 Canadian pressing is a quiet, heavyweight piece of top-notch vinyl that's priced fairly. Highly recommended.
I've got the original US version and a recent remaster, but this Japanese original just sounds better to me, no contest. It's not too shiny or heavy on the highs like some Japanese pressings can be. This is a fantastic pressing.
This tape has a pretty good sound quality. It's not the absolute best, but given the lo-fi nature of the recording, it's quite suitable. The music is fantastic, though not quite on par with their first album, but still exceptionally good. The packaging is also quite appealing, especially the shade of yellow they've used. 4/5
Absolutely gorgeous purple see-through vinyl! Hands down, this is my top pick among all original pressings when it comes to appearance and soundstage.
