Fantastic yet overlooked R.E.M. record. This copy is full and inviting. Top-notch work all around!
Absolutely, this album sounds incredible, not a single flaw. It's definitely one of my top vinyl purchases. While I don't typically listen to music from the 80's anymore, I made an exception for this one. Their best work since then, in my opinion. And let me tell you, 'Monster' is another fantastic release.
The American version of the record appears to be packaged in clear plastic sleeves, unlike the European release which has paper ones. Sadly, one of the discs I received had damaged edges and a noticeable scratch running through the first track. I managed to get a refund and then purchased another copy from a different seller, this time the European version.
As great as the repress is, and it truly is, this original version absolutely crushes it. The audio quality on this pressing is phenomenal. One of my top picks, and I'd highly suggest it!!
