This LP sounds absolutely fantastic! The mastering is dynamic and punchy, pressed on quiet, thick vinyl, and it's very reminiscent of a TML mastered US pressing. Plus, it's way easier to find in good condition compared to a US pressing. So many of those Dynaflex US pressings are totally wrecked and distorted these days.
I'm genuinely happy with this reissue, it sounds fantastic.
The record's quality is top-notch, awesome sound stage, and zero IGD 👍
This pressing isn't too shabby, the instruments have a bit of brightness and the mix is a tad off maybe? I'd pick this over my US original and the other represses. Nilsson's voice is a bit muffled but that helps to tone down any hissing in his vocals… and there's a fair bit of that in my other copies. All in all, not a bad time, 4/5.
My copy is similar except on side A I have ‘4S-A3F’ and on side B I have ‘43S-A2J’. Might it be another variant like the ones above?
