Personally, it's astonishing that it took so long for this to come out on vinyl. I've had the CD since around 1992 or maybe 1993...scary to think about...I even saw them live way back in 1981. Objectively speaking, this is a fantastic pressing. Like someone else mentioned, you might want to give it a spin through a cleaner (I used a VPI) first, but if you don't, no big deal. Just swap out the sleeves. It's well-pressed, well-mastered, and sounds great. While it can't capture the magic of their live shows, it's a solid representation. If you're a Ramones fan, you won't want to miss this.
This "Bootleg tape" sounds really good, it's just like having the original tape.
I recently purchased this album and noticed a minor warp on Disc 1. But, it doesn't impact the audio quality. I could send it back, but it's not enough to bother me. The packaging looks fantastic and the sound is as excellent as I recall.

Way back when in Spain, I had a mate who was part of the SHARP crew. He turned up to our shared high school class and handed me an original CD of Loco Live. It was super kind of him, and the following day he asked if I'd enjoyed it while belting out "I Believe In Miracles". Alberto, you'll never lay eyes on this, but you did something incredible for me, mate. I still recall how "Bonzo Goes To Bitburg" blew my mind, and over time, I grew to absolutely love the Ramones and punk rock in general. Cheers, brother, I think of you every single time I put this gem on the turntable.
