Very nice press. Barely any surface noise, solid sound overall and a great loud master! Vocals can be a tad harsh on certain tracks... like on 'Worm Man'. Had a few pops here and there on my copy, but nothing major. Absolutely killer album!
I'm still holding out for this album and all those other Ramones records from the 80s and 90s to get a vinyl re-release. Fingers crossed it happens one day. This is an amazing album, though, and it's so underrated in their discography. Tracks like I Wanna Live, Bop 'Til You Drop, Garden of Serenity, I Know Better Now, and A Real Cool Time are all fantastic, but I genuinely love every single one of them.
Absolutely adore this album, stumbled upon it on Temu at an amazing deal so I snatched it up. There must've been some plant problems at one point because when I opened my first copy, it was like a swampy jungle inside the halfway to sanity case. But when I got my fixed copy, the album was flawless and spotless.
Absolutely adore this album, stumbled upon it on Temu at an amazing deal so I snatched it up. There must've been some plant-related problems at some point because the first copy I got was a mess. When I opened it, it was like a swampy jungle inside the halfway to sanity sleeve! But my replacement copy was flawless and in perfect condition.
This Ramones album is seriously underappreciated and happens to be my top studio album by them. (My all-time favorite is still "Loco Live") You gotta hear the rare slide guitar on "Garden of Serenity" and the awesome backing vocals throughout. Don't miss "Go Little Camaro Go" featuring Debbie Harry! The Peds nailed their cover of "Death of Me," cranking up the speed and aggression.
