• Energetic but Flawed Live Performance

  Like others, I've noticed some pops and crackles on my copy, especially on side A and B (the first song on both sides)... I've just given it a quick clean with some fluid, but apart from the pops and hisses, the sound quality isn't great. It's a bit too squashed, lacking in dynamics, Lemmy's vocals are a tad too prominent, and the guitars and drums seem to be layered on top of each other. Still, the concert's packed with awesome tracks, the band's full of energy, though the crowd could've been more lively (I was hoping for more screams and noise at a live gig). Five stars for the tracks, obviously!

  Fair outing and reissue of Motörhead's - 'Louder Than Noise [Live In Berlin]', my main gripe with this cassette version is that the tracks sound a bit squashed and miss some detail in places but all in all, the audio quality ain't too shabby even if it's not the greatest. I'm the proud owner of copy number #123/300 of this tape
