The extra songs 'Bullet In Your Brain' and 'Greedy Bastards' are pretty decent, but the second live CD is pretty low quality, just like I expected. It's nothing to write home about overall, no reason to repurchase this album, unless your missing it.
I think this is the gold picture disc with a green edge. That's the one I received when I placed my order. Not the green picture disc. I'm pretty certain Nuclear Blast mentioned there was some confusion during the pressing process.
The new songs and the live CD are awesome but.. The vinyls, particularly the interview one, have scratches and hairlines on them.. Not a must-have, just for the collector..
Motörhead's last studio effort proves that even after 40 years, they've still got that special something that made them icons. The yellow/gold metallic foil embossing really stands out against the black backdrop, and the pressing quality, though a tad noisy between songs, is top-notch. My minor complaint is the slight irregularity in the disc's opacity (at least on my copy), as when you hold it up to the light, you notice some parts are a bit more see-through than others- but it's really just a small gripe. The album itself is raw, speedy, and thunderous, and the final track "Sympathy for the Devil" is an amazing take on the classic Stones tune.
