  I've got this very same record, but the back cover on my sleeve is a different color from the one shown here. Mine has a white background with a black 'O'. So, what version do I have, and is it as valuable as this one? I can't seem to find mine listed anywhere.

  Yet another stunning Roy Orbison album, and possibly the finest from his Monument Records era. The audio quality and pressing are top-notch, rivaling audiophile records, and even surpassing the 2LP ORG edition, which was somewhat inconsistent... Overall rating: 8.5/10P.S.: this review mirrors the one for the Classic Records stereo release, as this mono version is a fold-down and thus quite alike to the stereo pressing.

  I own several versions of this album, including the mono & stereo Classic Records editions. I'm quite fond of the mono version for its unique perspective, but I truly feel this is the definitive way to experience this album. Someone mentioned that 'Blue Bayou' doesn't sound as good as it could? Well, in my opinion, this is the finest version of Blue Bayou I've heard, even better than the one on Mobile Fidelity's All-Time Greatest Hits. The only issue I have with this record is some background noise that creeps in between a few tracks.

  The amount of work they put into this album is amazing! It's absolutely flawless, with great dynamics, and the audio is crisp and clear. I really enjoyed listening to it!
