The audio's alright, but there's a bunch of hissing on halftime, and the picture's not crystal clear, more like "splattered
Alright alright, it's got a bit of hiss but it ain't as bad as some other versions. Far from the terrible 20th anniversary one (which I've got).
The album's sound quality is mostly excellent with a solid bass response, but the final tracks on each side suffer from significant inner groove distortions due to being pressed too close to the label. If there's an alternative pressing, I'd recommend going with that instead. 3/5
The sibilance at the end of each side is just impossible to miss
Without a doubt, it's got that sibilance issue folks are talking about. But if you can look past that, it's a genuinely great pressing.
