  I was a tad let down to find that this clear vinyl, initially promoted as a VMP exclusive, ended up being launched as a regular version later. The cocktail recipe, postcard, and art print that came with this release are quite basic and feel a bit like novelties, but I can't really gripe about it since that's what I subscribed to with VMP! That said, I must say I quite enjoyed the sarcastic and dark humor in the listening instructions. On the musical front, this album is absolutely brilliant and it's always spinning on my turntable and in the car CD player. Definitely one of the top albums of the year, no doubt about it.

  The LP's packaging is absolutely fantastic, including the download code. It's done so well, and the music just transports you on an adventure.

  Man, my record is all messed up. It had the potential to be amazing. Ryan K Smith did the mastering, and it's supposed to be a top-notch pressing. But it's just too bent to even play. I'm gonna send it back and hope for a good replacement.
