Great audio, picked this up lately and it's awesome
After giving it a good clean, I've been playing this and it sounds absolutely fantastic. The noise floor is non-existent, the dynamics are impressive, and the soundstage is superb. Really happy to have this in my collection now. My setup: Technics 1200 GR2, Ortofon 2M black LVB, Naim Supernait 3, Sonus Faber Electa Amator III.

Rather loud. I always clean all my new records before playing them, and the initial listen of this version left me somewhat let down. There's constant background noise throughout both sides and a quite noticeable crackling in all the softer parts of the songs (like "A man needs a maid"). A pity, because otherwise, this would be a great purchase - overall, I'm fairly happy with the sound, but the crackling is a deal breaker for me. No new record should sound like this.
Hearing this record is like being in the band's rehearsal space. It's so good, it's not even like being in the studio. The person who mastered this deserves a massive bonus. The vinyl is pristine, no warps, no ticks or pops. When you hear the bass drum and bass guitar on this cut, it's like a punch to the chest. For a modern pressing, this one absolutely rocks.
