Probably pressed over at MPO in France, yet they're still utilizing the original molds (that's likely why the songs on side B are still in the wrong order)
1. **Come to Daddy** - It's a toxic, industrial, IDM bash. Gives off a creepy, super weird vibe, but I'm all about it. 2. **Flim** - This song is my high school years in a nutshell. One of my faves, fast yet breezy with killer pianos and an awesome bass, top-tier stuff. 3. **Come to Daddy [Little Lord Faulteroy Mix]** - A filthy little tune (hahaha xD), brilliantly hilarious. The drums are nice too, super clean. 4. **Bucephalus Bouncing Ball** - Can I get a rhythmically bizarre beat, wild track that rejuvenates my brain with fries? 5. **To Cure A Weakling Child [Contour Regard]** - Pretty solid, no issues here, just not my top pick, it's okay. 6. **Funny Little Man** - Like a crazy grandma screaming at her imaginary "Funny Little Man". Yep. 7. **Come to Daddy [Mummy Mix]** - Another fantastic "Let's rock the boat of musical sanity" track right here. 8. **IZ-US** - The ultimate ending song ever, after the wild industrial track (Come To Daddy) and the bouncy ride of Bucephalus Bouncing Ball, it's the most chill, crisp, introspective track out there.
Pretty good record. The hole in the middle's a tad snug. It sounds okay.
no noise, super quiet, arrives in paper cover. Aphex Twin sure knows how to make amazing vinyl pressings of his records.
I'd have loved to see IZ-US here rather than that Little Lord Faulteroy blend, but Flim and Bucephalus are just so fantastic, it's tough to complain much. What I'd truly love, however, is for Warp to re-release all eight tracks from the CD version on vinyl, even if it's just on one LP this time.
