During her quarantine period, Ms. Williams has been quite occupied, revisiting numerous beloved artists, spanning from the Rolling Stones to Tom Petty and more. While her digital download series is indeed enjoyable, it's not so much flawed as it is missing a cohesive essence, a strong sonic presence, and the appeal to revisit the music multiple times. These tracks are akin to the interludes she often includes in her concerts, brief detours that guide the audience down a side path before returning to her original compositions. Although the content here is engaging, it's not particularly remarkable or groundbreaking. Ms. Williams' interpretations of the songs are precisely what one might anticipate; she hasn't reimagined them or elevated them to a higher level. Moreover, listeners with a decent stereo system would hardly consider this collection a deliberate listening experience designed to captivate their ears. Most people likely possess audio quality no better than a 160 bit rate, primarily hearing these songs on personal devices at the lower end of the audio spectrum. Nevertheless, the album does evoke a sly grin and provides a pleasant diversion, though, as noted, there's nothing particularly noteworthy. The Fun Facts: Lucinda's album artwork mirrors Dylan's 1964 release, The Times They Are A-Changin', photographed by Barry Feinstein, who recalls, “Columbia asked me to do an album cover, so I took Bob up to my friend John Cort’s penthouse apartment in New York City. I said, ‘Let’s go to the edge on the balcony and make some pictures.’ I was kneeling down and I said to Bob, ‘Look around, look at the landscape, the city,’ and that was that,” where Mr. Dylan at 22 appears to have already borne a heavy load for some time.
