Fantastic update! Mary's brilliant first album is coming back on vinyl for its 25th anniversary!
I purchased this release through Amazon in Germany, and it has the same barcode 00602557656411 as mentioned here, but my version comes with 2 vinyl discs instead of just one. How can this be???
This is a pretty solid release, not much to gripe about. The sound quality is pretty good to really good, and the dynamics are quite good as well. It's not audiophile level but it's a solid Back to Black release. [I'm playing this with an Ortofon 2M Black cartridge.]
Mary's first album is straight fire. It's got that classic 90s r&b vibe. The vinyl version sounds real clean and silky.
