I'm thrilled to report that my version is as clear as day and spotless. I must've had some luck, as my first copy on 45 RPM was taken, and I've been on the hunt to grab another copy of this fantastic album.
I decided to give this a whirl...The wax is super flat, I must've struck gold with this one as there's barely any crackle, no distortion or IGD, and it sounds pretty darn good on my setup...Feels like I hit the jackpot, but I think the first one I got was scratched with a fair bit of surface noise. (Fluance RT-82 w/Acrylic Platter, ATN-XP cart/5 stylus. Nobsound T3 Phono Amp, Aiyima A07 Pro, Kicker KB6B, & 2x Polk PSW10 Subs...Simple Low Cost Setup)...Enjoy your listening!
I've got this same record, but mine spins at 33rpm. I've also got an original UK pressing that's at 45, and let me tell you, this 33rpm version sounds really good.
I reckon the initial release includes a poster tucked inside.
Haven't got the original press to match up, but this one seems to have dodged the problems that the version with the download card had (mentioned in the Notes). Really good and clear with a mostly quiet background.
