This album's remastered version is absolutely fantastic! The audio quality is incredible... I can't recall the sound being this clear back when I had the CD in '93. The bass in 'Go West' is so well-defined and captivating here... Unfortunately, the hidden track from the CD isn't included... Just noticed, side A is a tad louder than B, I usually digitize my copies, so it's a bit unusual.
Very is absolutely among my top favorite albums. This initial pressing sounds amazing—excellent dynamics, vibrant energy, and the cost isn’t too high either. Totally a record you won’t be disappointed adding to your collection.
and . . . I nearly forgot to bring up the UK, 500 copy, 12" promo version of Relentless on that soft pink, blue, and yellow vinyl . . . Unlike that regular CD, this vinyl promo didn't claim to be "limited", but it really was and has always been quite a treasure, one that I was a tad slack about and never got around to getting.
Absolutely the greatest CD reissue collection out there! Packed with detailed, top-notch booklets and thoughtfully picked bonus discs that stand toe-to-toe with the original albums, featuring hardly any repeated tracks.
This is an incredible item, it's even better than "Very / Further Listening 1992–1994"
