Wow, this issue is absolutely fantastic, featuring this incredible sounding record pressed on see-through red vinyl. It's all just so good. Standout tracks include "The Robots" (obviously), "The Model", and "Spacelab". Kraftwerk are the OG pioneers of electronic/synthpop/techno. All the artists who came after them owe a huge debt to these Dusseldorf legends. Sound-wise, the instruments are rich and impactful. The mix is top-notch. 5 stars. Highly recommended.
All of Kraftwerk's reissued / remastered albums are absolutely outstanding. The .e pressings, the cover art, and the inner sleeves—everything is top-notch.
Wow, this LP is one of the best sounding records I have in my collection.
The pressing is fantastic, the record is perfectly flat, spins smoothly and without any distortion. The audio quality is superb, rich in detail, with a great stereo image, solid bass (I own the original version and honestly can't tell the difference). The artwork and insert are top-notch. Every Kraftwerk album is a masterpiece that only improves with each listen. I think these early albums are absolutely brilliant. This edition is a great alternative to the original if you're looking to save money and avoid risks. I highly recommend it. Enjoy...Played on: Technics SL-100C, Ortofon Concorde Music Bronze, Rega Fono MM MK5, Technics SU-G700M2, Yamaha NS-777, Vinyl Cleaner Pro-Ject VC-E
The pressing is top-notch, the record is perfectly flat, spins smoothly and without any distortion (though, it's worth noting that it's not brand new, so it does show some signs of wear, but the crackles and pops are barely there at all). The audio quality is fantastic, with great detail, a wide stereo image, and solid bass. The sleeve is a classic pocket style and looks great. Every Kraftwerk album is a masterpiece that only gets better with each listen. I think their early work is absolutely genius. I'd definitely recommend it. Enjoy!
