An absolutely gorgeous box set! Adore the cover that changes with heat. The sound quality is top-notch and impactful. The artwork, booklet, and CD/DVD are wonderful additions. This was the only Muse album I was missing to have their entire collection. If you're a fan of this album like me, you should definitely grab it!
This album is alright, I'm digging "Madness" and "Panic Station" but I'm not sure the whole concept worked out for them. I think they were going for a modern take on "Dark Side of the Moon" or "The Wall", like how in this tech-driven, absurd world we're losing ourselves trying to figure out who we are amidst all the changes. I'm catching up on Muse's discography, I only had "Drones" before this one. Working my way backwards, hoping it just keeps getting better, which I'm sure it will. The vinyl sounds amazing, perfectly balanced. Super smooth, not a hint of noise.
The sounds I pick up on this record compared to that popular streaming site are absolutely incredible. It's some fine vinyl, I tell ya.
I also found a version of this CD that comes with a DVD and no booklet, mine was like that when it was new,
Honestly, I wasn't anticipating such an amazing sound from this LP. Right from the start of Supremacy, it's like WHOA! Strongly reccomended to all Muse enthusiasts!
