Hey, so I've got SP1200 on my matrix etchings, and also BELLA-628-V? Has anyone else come across this? The album cover's spine says SP1200, so I'm a bit puzzled. Am I holding UK discs in a US sleeve?
The version I got had awful seam tearing on every edge of both sleeves, and sides C and D sound awful (distortion, hiss, static, etc.) I requested a exchange that arrived today-- identical problems.
Loud as anything but the sound quality's solid, just like the black vinyl one.
Noticeable one-time noise during the first song on side one. Apart from that, it's quite decent.
My version has a fair bit of crackles and pops on tracks 1-3, but it's not too bad. There's some hissing on the other songs, but it doesn't ruin the listening experience. Overall, it's a solid buy. If you're a real audiophile, you might want to stick with the regular black pressing though.
