I purchased this mail order version upon its initial release. One might say it's historically significant as the first official drop of this content, but it's generally best skipped unless you're a die-hard collector chasing every last item. It's a super low-fidelity, secretive audience recording captured at a public event held at the Andy Warhol Museum, during an exhibit about the band titled All Tomorrow's Parties. 3 tracks mentioned (Walk Alone, Venus In Furs and R&B Instrumental) are notably absent.
Absolutely fantastic! It's a treat to listen to VU before the EPI era. I enjoyed how it came across on the 50th Anniversary set with the clips of both takes of "There She Goes Again," and it's just as impressive here.
