These 12" singles are mostly filled with generic "remixes" that I just don't get. What's the point of a remix that barely resembles the original? Some of these just take one vocal line and call it a day. It's all just generic, fast-paced dance tracks. Who's even into this stuff? And don't get me started on tracks like Heaven, they just don't work as upbeat dance remixes. Soothe My Soul is already terrible, and these remixes don't improve it. I do like the last 12", though - the second Should Be Higher 12" - it's got some more creative remixes that I actually enjoy. The pressings and sound quality are great, so if you're into this kind of thing, it's a nice box set.
