Just gave it a listen and 'Cold Shoulder' is awful, honestly! It's got this weird, tinny sound to it, if you catch my drift. Haven't checked out the rest of the tracks yet though.
The highs are really hard on the ears... I'm really hoping this gets reissued correctly down the line.
It's as if she's right here in the room, singing just for me. Good thing she's not, or she'd catch me bawling my eyes out.
Purchased brand spanking new, but it came with a bunch of tiny scratches all over. The sound quality is awful, even after I tried cleaning it with wet and dry methods. It keeps making clicking and popping noises non-stop.
Honestly, the mastering is truly awful. Anything near sibilants is terribly messed up and distorted. The pressing, though, is pretty decent. No noticeable pops or other problems.
