  • Sound Quality Issues

    1 out of 5 stars
    nuopuhisdzojei26 December 2025United States🇺🇸

The sound quality's a bit off, with A1 to A3 tracks having some light scratches. It's still enjoyable, but not for the $27.98 I dropped on it.

  • Rage's Peak Live Album

    4 out of 5 stars
    Dbeqavzula7 December 2025United States🇺🇸

This live album captures Rage at what many consider their peak, and the sound quality is impressively clear, making it easy to hear every detail. While the audience noise is a bit subdued for my taste, the setlist is fantastic, and the colors on this pressing are stunning. The only minor issue is the lack of a gatefold, forcing both records into a single sleeve that feels a bit flimsy. Despite that, it's an excellent Record Store Day find, and with a substantial pressing, it shouldn't be hard to come by. By the way, some folks are really upset about the potential drop in value. I'm not sure what you all expected from a $28 double LP with thousands of copies out there, but if you're not hunting for audiophile perfection (it's a live album from the 2000s, after all), the sound is pretty solid. People saying this release shows what's wrong with RSD - maybe what's wrong is folks hustling for rare pressings to flip instead of enjoying the music? Or maybe it's waiting to see if your "investments" from RSD pan out when it's really about, I don't know, backing local record shops or something? Who cares if it loses value when you can enjoy the music and support your LRS?

  • Rushed, Disappointing Audio

    1 out of 5 stars
    Z1Q219 November 2025United States🇺🇸

Truly awful audio, seems like a rushed and careless put-out. What a disappointment

  • Vinyl or DVD?

    1 out of 5 stars
    cifl.zu6 November 2025United States🇺🇸

Did they honestly just put the DVD version on vinyl? Checking out the credits on the back has me questioning that...

  • Censored, Muddled Live Disaster

    1 out of 5 stars
    voqnfyua23 October 2025United States🇺🇸

Did they capture this performance on a cheap cassette recorder? There are live albums that are raw and powerful, showcasing a band at their peak...and this sure ain't it. Ever heard of MC5's Kick Out the Jams? The Replacements Live at Maxwell's? Elvis Costello Live at the El Mocambo? Here, the bass is cranked up to sound punchy but it squashes the soundstage: more volume doesn't always mean better!! And it's FREAKING CENSORED in several spots but not on Killing in the Name Of!! What the hell? Just steer clear of this one. [Tech specs in my profile].
