This is a pretty decent pressing, as good as you can expect given that the original studio albums for Elvis weren't always top-notch in terms of high-end detail. It's quite warm, with fantastic stereo separation, the mids and strings are superb, and maybe a tad too much bass on some tracks.

Bass is not as strong as the US version, but the quality is top-notch. The vinyl is flat, quite indeed, and the stereo image is fantastic overall.

Kevin Gray's remaster is absolutely stunning, the sound quality is gorgeous. It's flawlessly done, and it's quite distinct from the fantastic original USA first pressing. Two unique beasts, both incredibly satisfying
