Having heard my in rainbows version, this one just doesn’t hit the same. It comes across as squashed and lacks the openness and energy it ought to have.
After comparing this 2015 edition to the 2017 OKNOTOK, which everyone raves about, I must say the latter fell short. This release here sounds far more organic, with a bass that's more natural and not as overpowering, plus it's got better depth and less squashed dynamics. Any high-quality sound system should pick up on these differences ...
This vinyl is the most warped in my collection, much worse than the CD version. Steer clear of it.
Absolutely incredible. Nothing more to say. The sound quality is flawless, the artwork is gorgeous, and the music is brilliant. With the bonus tracks included, this is the ultimate and best version of Ok Computer.
The disc 1 on my copy was a tad warped, but fortunately, it wasn't bad enough to hear. Disc 2 was a bit off-center, but it didn't seem to mess with the play. The sound quality on all discs was pretty good - not amazing, but definitely alright. There was little surface noise. Not a bad buy, if you ask me.
