Excellent quality, not just another quick RSD cash-in like you often see. The sound is fantastic and it's super quiet. No distortion from the inner groove. It even comes with a poly lined inner sleeve and a hefty disc. Highly recommend!
This album sounds amazing, though the EQ does put Desmond's sax a bit too up front, which makes Brubeck's piano take a bit of a backseat during their solo swaps. But apart from that, it's a fantastic performance with the bass and drums really shining. It's one of the most enjoyable jazz groups out there, they just know how to support each other perfectly throughout every track.
