After giving this album a spin, I'd say it's pretty average, with just two tracks that truly shine: Dance and Phantom. I did enjoy these two and even played them at my gatherings, as they seem to fit best in that kind of setting. But my respect for Justice took a hit when I watched Dario Argento's film Tenebre. Imagine my shock when I realized the movie's theme music is basically Phantom, just slowed down. It seems Justice took an obscure score, sped it up, and added their usual bassline tweaks to make it sound modern. This got me thinking—how many other Justice songs are just rehashes of older tunes?
Packaging is nothing special, but this album is absolutely incredible. I've had it for a few years, and it still amazes me how great it is.

In my opinion, folks saw Justice as a band that reminded them of Daft Punk, and then the hype train went full steam ahead, trying to portray these guys as something they're not. This album is way overhyped, with only a few truly standout tracks. Clearly, "D.A.N.C.E" and "Genesis" are amazing. But "The Party" is super cheesy, I couldn't stand that song. Way too much wub-wub-wub, it's almost like dubstep. Ultimately, I just don't feel as connected to this as I do with Daft Punk's music.
This is a well-made pressing of one of the top electronic albums from the early 2000s. Play it from start to finish, it's an awesome album and this pressing is great but I'd agree with gil.semple that the bass might need a tad more punch, other than that it's 💯
