NOW this is what I'm talking about when it comes to a deluxe CD version! The 2004 H & O remasters all sound fantastic, and they've even thrown in every 12" mix.
Has anyone else picked up on the fact that the time markers on the label use mid-dots (those little bullets) rather than colons? Hall & Oates were all about the hype as much as they were about creating amazing tunes. This album's likely their finest work overall.
The audio quality is impressive, much like the original RCA domestic release. Wouldn't it be great if they put out a 2-disc 45RPM version?
This record sounds absolutely fantastic!!!! I genuinely can't picture a MOFI version sounding any better, to be truthful
This is an amazing record pressing. The sound is super clear, the dynamics are spot on, and best of all... those gorgeous 80s H&O songs. Heavenly.
