I'm a big fan of this album. It might not be as intense or quick-paced as their earlier works, but it definitely keeps that pop vibe they're known for. Most tracks are super catchy, and even though there are a few duds, the album is only 26 minutes long, so it's easy to enjoy in one go. I totally get why some people aren't fans of this album, and they've got every right to feel that way (you do you!), but I've always been into this record (even from day one, when I preordered it and waited for hours for that YouTube live show/release party they threw that day), despite the not-so-great reviews trying to bring it down.
Sem dúvida, esse disco é muito audacioso. O Green Day deixou de lado tudo o que se espera do Punk Rock e lançou um álbum de Rock. Como fã dedicado, adorei o resultado, mas é verdade que ele se afasta bastante do som original da banda. Antes eu via isso com certa desconfiança, mas agora entendo e curto essa nova fase. O Green Day foi a banda que me trouxe para a música e continuo apreciando o trabalho deles!

Is it just me experiencing a skip at the start of 'Stab You in the Heart'? I'm absolutely positive it's a factory defect.
Got my copy not long ago from an online retailer and I’ve gotta say, I’m really impressed with the pressing and mastering. It’s got a powerful, punchy sound but still has a good range. The record is flat, centered, and pretty much silent. One side's shaped like a crescent moon and is more brown than red/pink, while the other side is just a simple smush with a reddish hue. It’s a killer addition to any collection if you’re into it.
