I put in a pre-order for this upon its release, and when it showed up, there was a really loud hiss throughout the entire record and one side was quite thin. I reached out to support and they asked me to send a video or a picture showing the damage. So, I sent clips of the hiss on each track from beginning to end and never got a response from support until I received a shipping email. The next record I got was very thick and it’s perfectly flat. It sounds absolutely fantastic. I just wish it was a signed copy though.
My copy sounds fantastic, no hissing or crackles whatsoever. It's got some substance to it… and is as flat as a board… I'm stoked about my purchase.

honestly, this release was kinda pointless 'cause it's just a digital download (and not even in a decent format) with a so-called 'signed' artwork lol
