This release makes me optimistic that I can indeed find an audiophile pressing for a reasonable €30. I'm thrilled I purchased this album. It's simply a delightful reissue. A Funk Odessey is just as exceptional. Kudos to Sony!
Great album! The sleeve is matte with 'Jamiroquai Dynamite' in silver. I prefer this UK version cover over the US one. I'm thrilled to have it. The sound quality is excellent, though there's a bit of surface noise on a few tracks, but it's not a big deal.
This is a great pressing with a wonderful, clear, and dynamic sound. Tracks like Seven days in Sunny June and (Don’t) Give Hate a Chance really stand out. The only issue I have is that, like most new pressings, it's not very flat. I've got tons of 70's pressings that are perfectly flat, so why do modern ones always have the wobbles?
Fantastic reproduction, the audio quality is just superb, crisp and clear with a solid bass which most of these Anniversary re-releases possess, and I'm a fan, though others might not be. The pressing I've got is flawless, not a single pop or crackle in sight.
This is an incredible pressing! Nothing compares to the original. It's way better than the first CD pressing. I doubt the reissue can match this sound quality.
