Amazing audio and the tracks are quite enjoyable. I picked up this copy in a bundle and decided to give it a listen before parting with it. Who knew? It's a definite keeper. Cheers!
This LP is definitely among my top favorites in my collection. The way it captures an authentic stage and depth makes it a joy to listen to. If you believe your 2 channel listening setup is up to par, you've got to give this a try. It's an album that flows exceptionally well from start to finish. It's a solid album, no doubt about it. Just a heads up: has anyone else experienced any tracking issues or sibilance? My copy had a couple or maybe three. Might be due to my less-than-stellar cartridge? The CD doesn't have this problem, so it could be a worn-out LP.
The pressing is fantastic! Way better than the 2022 RTI. Grab one before they're gone!
This is a fantastic pressing with an outstanding soundscape and crystal-clear audio quality. The mixing and mastering are evidently flawless. Every musician's contribution is truly remarkable. Graham Maby's bass playing is exceptionally versatile and impressive. I absolutely adore the drum sound, which is pristine, crisp, punchy, and has a perfect touch of reverb. When it comes to the compositions and arrangements, this could very well be Joe's best album yet, especially considering the wide range of styles and variety. Honestly, if I were to narrow down my collection to just ten albums, this one would definitely be in the running.
Best album by JJ ever made. Adore it and it makes me think of the concert.
